Business Internet Prices at Your Address
Internet availability is address-specific. A provider serving your city may not offer the same service at your building. Ask for the installable connection, monthly price, setup charges and any construction work before comparing advertised speeds.
Verizon currently uses a $69 monthly service price for its 100 Mbps 5G Business Internet plan in the terms of qualifying promotional offers. Bundle credits can reduce that figure, while taxes and fees are additional. Availability and current conditions must be checked for the premises.
Fiber Internet, Cable and Dedicated Connections
Shared broadband can suit many offices, while a dedicated connection is a different purchase with its own service commitments. Compare upload as well as download speed and read the actual support and service-level terms. The word fiber alone does not establish a dedicated service.
Our shared fiber versus dedicated internet article explains the distinction. Choose based on the applications and downtime consequences for your business, rather than buying the largest speed number by default.
| Option | Best fit | Price comparison |
|---|---|---|
| Shared broadband | Everyday office connectivity | Upload speed and support |
| Dedicated connection | Specific service commitments | Contracted capacity and SLA |
| Backup service | Continuity during a fault | Failover equipment and usage cost |
Business Wi-Fi, Static IP and Backup Internet
The incoming connection and your internal Wi-Fi solve different problems. A strong internet plan will not automatically fix poor wireless coverage behind several walls. Ask whether installation includes a router, managed Wi-Fi or only the service handoff.
Static IP and backup connectivity can be useful for specific requirements. Our static IP cost article explains when a fixed address may matter. Ask how a backup connection takes over and which applications keep working during the change.
Compare Business Broadband Contracts and Installation
Confirm the installation date, access requirements and when billing begins. Review the end of any promotional period, equipment return terms and what happens if you move premises. Keep your existing connection until the replacement has been tested where practical.
Get business internet prices for the actual address and required service. If phone service is part of the project, compare business VoIP separately so you can see the cost and responsibility for each part.
