Privacy Policy

Price Five LLC is based in Ohio. This notice explains how information is handled when you use The Easy Price Guide to research products or request prices.

Information in your request

Price requests may include your product or project selections, location, name, company, email address and phone number. The fields depend on the category and the form you use.

How price requests are used

Information submitted through The Easy Price Guide's own forms is stored in our lead collection system so our team can review your request, respond and arrange relevant supplier contact. The Easy Price Guide may share your contact and project information with suppliers for the service you requested. Those suppliers may contact you about your request.

Hosted supplier-network forms

Some categories use forms hosted by 360Connect or BuyerZone. Information entered into those forms is handled by the provider under the privacy and consent information displayed with the form. Read that information before submitting, including which companies may receive your request and how they may contact you.

Home improvement forms

Our roofing, solar, hot tub and walk-in tub forms collect your project selections, ZIP code, name, email address and phone number. Roofing and solar requests also include the project address. We record the source page, campaign information when present, submission identifier and consent wording and time.

These internal forms use an essential session cookie to protect submissions and an encrypted connection to transmit your request. Access to the collection dashboard is restricted. Duplicate submission identifiers help prevent the same request from being recorded twice. See our home improvement form privacy notice for the details that apply to these forms.

Your choices

You can leave a form without submitting. After submitting, you can contact The Easy Price Guide or the supplier that contacts you to ask them to stop contacting you. Hosted supplier-network forms may include different contact permissions; follow the choices and instructions shown with that form.
