This notice explains how Price Five LLC handles requests submitted through our roofing, solar, hot tub and walk-in tub forms.

Information you provide

We collect your project selections, ZIP code, name, email address and phone number. Roofing and solar requests also include the project address. We record the page where you submitted your request, campaign information when present, your submission identifier and the consent wording and time.

How your request is used

Your information is stored in our lead collection system so our team can review your request, respond and arrange relevant supplier contact. The Easy Price Guide may share your contact and project information with suppliers for the service you requested. Those suppliers may contact you by phone or email about your project. Submitting a request does not guarantee supplier availability or a particular price.

Your choices

You can leave the form without submitting. If you submit, you can tell The Easy Price Guide or a supplier that contacts you to stop contacting you. This form does not request permission for automated marketing calls or text messages.

Form security and cookies

We use an essential session cookie to protect form submissions and an encrypted connection to transmit your request. Access to the collection dashboard is restricted. Duplicate submission identifiers help prevent the same request from being recorded twice.
